ABOUT OUR COMPANY:
We specialize in maximizing revenue for short-term rental hosts by expertly managing rental pricing. As we expand our team, we are looking for a Revenue Management Assistant who is skilled in using PriceLabs and passionate about making data-driven decisions that enhance profitability.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
This role focuses on the strategic adjustment of rental prices to optimize earnings for our clients. It demands a deep understanding of revenue management principles and the confidence to make decisions that have a significant impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilize PriceLabs to its full potential, setting and adjusting prices based on detailed data analysis.
Analyze trends and opportunities to enhance revenue, developing and refining pricing strategies in collaboration with our data team.
Manage pricing decisions confidently and communicate these to clients effectively.
Proactively drive revenue results through strategic pricing adjustments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient experience with PriceLabs and its comprehensive features.
A solid understanding of revenue management fundamentals, including terminology and strategic approaches.
Exceptional decision-making skills with a track record of impactful results.
Strong work ethic and a highly motivated, positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain complex strategies.

IMPORTANT:
Experience with PriceLabs is highly preferred but not an exclusive requirement. We encourage applications from candidates who are fast learners and have a strong foundation in revenue management principles.
