Company Description
We are looking to add a FULL TIME Airbnb/VRBO Property Management Assistant to our rock star team! Our company is based out of the Austin/San Antonio, TX region, and operate on Central Standard Time (CST). We are a small firm, currently with 12 properties under management, but are rapidly growing and in need of 5-star team members. We provide property management and hosting services to clients that own short term rentals. We strive to provide seamless, stress-free service to our clients while helping them to maximize the performance of their investment.
We are a small family-owned company and want to also offer blessings to the team that works for us. We expect that work is completed at a high level of accuracy and take great care of our team members for doing just this. For this role, we will also offer 13th month pay as is traditional in the Phillippines.

This position will work 4PM-12AM CST, so effectively night shift for us and day shift in the Phillipines. We will require use of Timeproof to verify hours worked.

Responsibilities include:
? Guest Services and Communications:
o Proactively interact with existing and potential guests through messaging on Airbnb, VRBO
o Reply to all guest inquiries, questions and concerns within 5 minutes
o Answer and manage phone calls that come in through our customer service lines
o Reply to positive reviews that are left by guests
o Elevate issues that may arise to appropriate team members (cleaning, maintenance, inspectors, management, etc.)
o Proactively manage resolution of any guest issues that may arise during their stay.
o Support and maintain a database of commonly asked questions and the appropriate responses for each property

? Cleaning & Quality Management:
o Coordinate with cleaning team to ensure cleanings start and finish on time
o Review submitted cleaning checklists for damages, inventory needs and to ensure staging is inline with staging guidelines
o Provide feedback to teams and escalate issues as needed
o Order supplies / inventory items as needed

? Maintenance Management:
o Manage communications with standard maintenance contractor list as needed.
o Schedule monthly, quarterly and annual recurring maintenance (HVAC servicing, pest control)
o Coordinate with pool, lawncare and landscaping contractors as needed
o Follow up with all contractors after service to help ensure work was completed and quality assurance was provided (photos, writeups of service performed or any issues)

? Other:
o Revenue management / pricing support
o Listing Optimization
o Miscellaneous administrative Tasks
o Complete miscellaneous special projects and tasks as required.

? What We are Looking for:
o Must have strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. It is preferable that candidate can speak English with very little noticeable accent.
o Must have great social intelligence and understand how to be empathetic towards the guests needs and situations.
o Must be able to finish tasks in a quick and reliable manner
o Must have common sense and critical thinking skills.
o Motivated go-getter who is excited to not only learn, but to bring value and help the company improve.

? Education and Experience
o A minimum of an Associates Degree, Bachelors degree preferred
o 2 years of Airbnb/VRBO Property Management or Airbnb/VRBO Customer Support experience

o Experience in PMS platforms (OwnerRez, Hospitable, etc)
