Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to support our co-hosting property management business. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of guest satisfaction, and a background in Airbnb operations. The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless guest experiences, efficient administration of standard operating procedures (SOPs), effective communication with cleaning staff, and handling claims with Airbnb.
Responsibilities:
Guest Communication:
Provide 24/7 guest communication through various channels, including messaging platforms and email, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain a friendly and informative tone in all guest interactions, ensuring a positive experience that reflects the brand’s hospitality.
Guest Support:
Offer around-the-clock support to guests, resolving issues or emergencies swiftly and effectively. Coordinate with property owners and maintenance personnel to address guest concerns and ensure a smooth stay.
Administration of SOPs:
Implement and maintain standardized operating procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality guest experiences.
Regularly review and update SOPs to align with industry best practices and optimize efficiency.
Communication with Cleaning Staff:
Collaborate closely with cleaning personnel to schedule turnovers, coordinate cleaning routines, and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of properties.
Communicate specific cleaning requirements and standards to cleaners to uphold a superior level of hygiene.
Airbnb Expertise:
Leverage your extensive Airbnb experience to manage property listings, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance listing descriptions to attract guests.
Handling Claims with Airbnb:
Utilize your expertise in Airbnb operations to manage claims and disputes effectively, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a positive relationship with Airbnb support.
Gather necessary documentation, communicate with guests, and follow the appropriate procedures to address claims and disputes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in a property management or Airbnb hosting context.
Strong familiarity with Airbnb operations, including listing management, guest communication, reservation handling, and claims resolution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a personable and empathetic demeanor.
Proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including messaging apps and email.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for managing guest inquiries, property logistics, and claims documentation.
Ability to work independently and proactively, making decisions that prioritize guest satisfaction, property efficiency, and claims resolution.
Previous experience in coordinating and communicating with cleaning staff is a plus.

Compensation:
The selected candidate will receive a monthly compensation of $150. This compensation is reflective of the initial phase of this role and the responsibilities outlined in the job description.
