Airbnb Property Manager / Co-Host

About Us:
We are a growing vacation rental management company based in Dubai, dedicated to offering exceptional stays for our guests. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Listing Creation: Create and manage listings across various booking platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, etc.)
Maintenance Coordination: Oversee maintenance requests, hire and manage contractors, plumbers, handymen, and resolve issues promptly
Guest Communication: Provide excellent customer service, handle guest inquiries via phone, chat, and email, and manage guest relations (24 hours per day 7 days per week – we require a prompt response within 10 minutes. Please only apply if you are able to meet this requirement).
Cleaning Coordination: Communicate with cleaning services to ensure properties are cleaned and maintained to high standards
Claim Filing: Handle the filing of claims and manage disputes related to review removal
Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and coordinate the purchasing and delivery of supplies
Appointment Setting & Outreach: Conduct cold-calling and cold email outreach for appointment setting and business development
Review Management: Manage and respond to guest reviews to maintain a positive online presence

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in property management or co-hosting
Familiarity with booking platforms’ protocols and guidelines (Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, etc.)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with a variety of tools and software, including Airbnb, Hospitable, IGMS, Uplisting, Buildium, Autohost, Cloudbeds, WordPress, Zapier, Mailchimp, Pricelabs, Nextiva, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Siteground, Facebook/Instagram Business Manager, Google Data Studio, Canva, Hostaway, and more
Additional Skills:

Product Research (Ecommerce)
Social Media Management (Post scheduling, Engagements on FB & IG)
Basic Canva editing
