We’re on the hunt for an extraordinary on-call Airbnb / Property Manager customer support agent to join our dynamic team. We’re not looking for just anyone; we’re searching for someone with the right blend of skills, enthusiasm, and dedication.
This isn’t your typical 9-to-5. We have two full-time roles available: one during standard U.S. hours and one during U.S. night hours. Both require you to be on call and available, but you’ll only work when needed. This is perfect if you’re looking for a job with a light workload, a great opportunity!
Your role will include:
– Guiding guests from initial inquiry to check-out, making sure their experience is nothing short of stellar.
– Tweaking settings and listings to maximize rental income.
– Collaborating with our property management team to maintain our properties to the highest standards.
– Scheduling and overseeing maintenance based on guest feedback.
– Engaging in market research for expansion.
– Developing workflows and maintaining detailed documentation.
– Promoting properties on social media.
– Organizing and managing information using Google Sheets.
Our ideal candidate has:
– Experience as a customer service representative, particularly with Airbnb.
– Exceptional English communication skills.
– Keen attention to detail, reliability, curiosity, and the ability to adapt quickly.
– A strong customer service mindset and excellent task management skills.
