**Role Overview:**

We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Airbnb Property Research Specialist to assist in identifying and acquiring properties that are approved for Airbnb use in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in property research, lead generation, customer service, and sales within the real estate or hospitality sectors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Conduct detailed research to identify buildings and properties in Cape Town that are approved for Airbnb use.
– Build and maintain a lead list of potential properties that meet our criteria, focusing on one to two-bedroom units that are fully furnished and feature plus amenities.
– Engage with property owners, landlords, and management companies to gather information and negotiate terms.
– Provide exceptional customer service throughout the acquisition process, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
– Work closely with our team to report findings and progress, offering insights and recommendations.

**Requirements:**

– Proven experience in real estate, hospitality, or a related field, with a strong focus on lead generation, customer service, and sales.
– Familiarity with the Cape Town property market and specific regulations related to Airbnb operations.
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with property owners and other stakeholders.
