We are seeking an Airbnb Revenue Manager to join our team and help us drive revenue growth, optimize revenue and occupancy through effective marketing strategies.

Job Description:
As an Airbnb Revenue Manager at LV Luxuries, you will play a critical role in maximizing revenue for our clients’ Airbnb properties. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from implementing revenue management strategies to creating successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
*Revenue Management: Implement revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices to optimize pricing and occupancy for Airbnb properties.
*Revenue Opportunities: Identify new revenue opportunities and innovative strategies to increase property profitability.
*Pick-up Analysis: Perform daily pick-up analysis, make strategy adjustments, and generate reports to monitor the performance of Airbnb listings.
*Market Analysis: Conduct competitive benchmark studies, follow market trends, and adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
*Group Business Strategies: Assess, analyze, and price group business strategies to ensure maximum revenue capture for group bookings.
*Google Ads Campaigns: Create and manage effective advertising campaigns in Google Ads to attract and convert potential Airbnb guests.
*Budget Supervision: Supervise advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of campaign expenditures.
*Email Marketing: Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns to engage with potential guests and property owners.
*Lead Generation: Create and manage email databases for lead generation, segmenting and targeting leads effectively.

Qualifications:
*Proven experience in revenue management and basic media buyer methods.
*Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
*Familiarity with advertising platforms, especially Google Ads.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Knowledge of the vacation rental industry, Airbnb policies, and market dynamics.
*Budget management expertise.
*Cold email marketing experience.
*Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
*Availability to work PST time.
