– Communicate with guests through the online software platform.
– Answer questions from current, incoming and inquiring guests. Help people check into their unit if they are having trouble. Give recommendations of places to eat and things to do in the city where they made the reservation that are relevant to the guest.
– Make sure the Cleaning schedule is up to date and accurate.
– Scheduling maid cleanings on a daily and weekly basis. Canceling or altering scheduled maid cleanings based on guest alterations.
-Making sure the cost of the cleaning is accurate.
-Report to the team updates or corrections using Slack or email.
– Credit card transactions Charging guest credit cards for their accommodations Refunding security deposits Refunding for resolutions
– Filing claims for guest damages on the online platforms
-Writing guest reviews after they check out

Skill Sets Required:
1. Very strong written English language
