WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We need a of a manager to handle incoming inquiries, coordinate with guests and cleaning people, boost SEO and listings, manage bookings do light accounting management for properties. Social media to build direct booking sight and knowledge of direct bookings

– Problem solving: The cardinal sin at our company is asking someone a question you could have solved yourself. We need people who are willing to “figure it out” and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we are. But only when you encounter a problem that you truly can’t solve. You’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way.

– Have a broad set of skills and are willing to learn: The position will involve a big variety of tasks that will require you to learn different apps, methods and systems. You should be excited about acquiring new skills, speaking with new people, and exploring new applications.

– Detail oriented: Devil is in the details. You should have a habit of double checking your work to make sure that there are no mistakes or possible problems once the task is completed.

TASKS AND QUALIFICATIONS

As a property manager, your tasks will include:
Day-to-day real estate management: Manage Airbnb, pay small bills, schedule repairs, troubleshoot problems, make calls, create promotions, handle dynamic pricing, boost SEP, and create an account for .

Managing and creating processes: be able to manage Quickbooks, and familiarity with social media and all platform of short term rentals, plus direct booking.

To complete these tasks you should be familiar with the following apps:
Google workspace, specifically: Gmail, Gdrive, Google Spreadsheets
Squarespace
AI tools like ChatGPT, , Midjourney
Quickbooks
Zapier
Airbnb, VRBO,
Direct booking and social media
SEO to boost visibilty
