Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Virtual Assistant with a passion for the hospitality industry. Join our team to play a pivotal role in managing and organizing our short-term rental properties. This position is key to maintaining smooth operations and providing exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Communication:
• Handle inquiries, manage bookings, and offer outstanding support to guests, ensuring an unforgettable stay.
2. Platform Management:
• Efficiently organize and update listings across Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms.
3. Financial Organization:
• Utilize Excel and other tools to manage financial records, tracking income, expenses, and overall profitability.
4. Service Provider Coordination:
• Schedule and communicate with cleaners, technicians, and other contractors to ensure top property condition.
5. Review and Claim Handling:
• Address reviews and claims, maintaining a record of successful resolutions.
6. Operational Oversight:
• Manage daily operations, enhancing efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Language Proficiency:
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
2. Relevant Experience:
• Background in virtual assistance, hospitality, or property management.
3. Organizational Skills:
• Strong organizational capabilities, especially in financial management and record-keeping.
4. Technical Savvy:
• Proficiency with digital tools, particularly Excel, for efficient property and financial management.
5. Problem-Solving:
• Capable of effectively handling disputes and claims.
6. Collaboration:
• Ability to coordinate seamlessly with service providers for property upkeep.

Working Hours:

• Non-Flexible Hours: This role requires working during graveyard hours (9-5 PST), aligning with our operational needs.
