*Important Requirement: Experience Managing Multiple Units in Airbnb:
-We are specifically seeking candidates with hands-on experience in successfully managing multiple units within the Airbnb platform. Your expertise in navigating and optimizing property management will be a significant asset to our team.
*Bonus Points: Proven experience in Airbnb management, and familiarity with tools like Breezeway, Hostway, , etc.
Schedule: Seize the day with regular business hours, potentially starting at 7 AM EST to 3 PM EST, 7 AM EST to 4 PM EST, or 4 PM EST to 12 Midnight EST. The final schedule will depend on the assignment given.
*Hours: Your commitment is rewarded with an exciting rate of $3 to $5 per hour.
*Additional Responsibilities:
-Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with contractors, including cleaners and handymen. Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with contractors, ensuring the highest quality service for our guests.
-Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on property listings and guest interactions to ensure adherence to established standards. Implement improvement measures based on feedback and performance evaluations.
-Problem Resolution: Act as a mediator between guests and contractors, resolving any issues or disputes promptly and effectively. Proactively identify potential problems and implement preventive measures to enhance the overall guest experience.
-Marketing and Content Creation: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance property visibility and attract a broader audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for local guidebooks and promotional materials.
-***Bookkeeping Experience: Maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks as needed.
*Additional Requirements:
-Proven Leadership Skills: Demonstrate leadership qualities, especially in managing and coordinating with contractors to achieve optimal results.
-Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and metrics related to guest satisfaction, property performance, and market trends to make informed decisions.
