Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
Compensation: $4/hour (Starting rate, negotiable based on experience)

Grotto Getaway Ltd. is a dynamic and rapidly growing hospitality business. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences and maximizing property revenue for our clients. As we expand our operations, we’re seeking a dedicated Airbnb Specialist to join our remote team.

Role Overview:
As an Airbnb Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Airbnb listings to ensure maximum occupancy rates and guest satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and has a passion for hospitality and customer service.

Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries, booking requests, and concerns via the Airbnb platform
* Manage reservations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications
* Optimize listing performance by implementing pricing strategies, adjusting availability, and updating property descriptions and photos
* Monitor and respond to guest reviews, striving to maintain high ratings and positive feedback
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our Airbnb operations
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns to attract more guests

Requirements:
* Proven experience managing Airbnb listings and responding to guest inquiries
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment
* Proficiency in using Airbnb’s host dashboard and other relevant software tools
* Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
* A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
