Role Overview:
As a Manager specializing in Airbnb Short-Term Rental Management, you will lead a team responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest interaction, ensuring seamless check-ins, delightful stays, and smooth check-outs. Your exceptional leadership skills, extensive Airbnb experience, and commitment to excellence will be pivotal in driving our company’s success. This role demands a proactive, independent thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment and possesses strong management experience.

Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of Airbnb Guest Management Specialists, ensuring exceptional service delivery and team performance.
– Oversee all guest communication throughout the booking process, from initial inquiries to post-stay feedback, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
– Coordinate and supervise check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless transition for guests and adherence to company standards.
– Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and issues, providing effective solutions and demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
– Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in our management system.
– Collaborate with our property management team to ensure properties are prepared for guest arrivals and departures, overseeing inventory management and procurement of necessary supplies.
– Utilize problem-solving skills to address unexpected situations and create memorable guest experiences.
– Contribute to company growth by identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing innovative strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Airbnb policies, and local regulations to ensure compliance and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of [2 years] experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management, with a strong background in Airbnb management.
– Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
