**Job Summary:**
As the Booking and Guest Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of booking reservations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service to tenants. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences will contribute to the success of our real estate investment firm.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Booking Management:**
1. **Reservation Handling:**
– Manage all aspects of guest reservations, including inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
– Respond promptly to reservation requests and inquiries via phone, email, or online booking platforms.
– Ensure accurate and up-to-date availability calendars for all rental properties.
2. **Booking Coordination:**
– Coordinate property viewings for potential tenants and manage the booking process.
– Collect and review guest information and documentation, such as identification and payment details.
– Prepare and distribute booking confirmations and rental agreements.
3. **Guest Communication:**
– Serve as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, addressing questions, concerns, and special requests.
– Provide guests with property information, check-in/check-out instructions, and local recommendations.
**Guest Services:**
4. **Property Preparation:**
– Coordinate property inspections and preparations before guest arrivals, ensuring that each property is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped.
– Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to address any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
5. **Concierge Services:**
– Offer personalized concierge services to guests, assisting with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local activity bookings.
– Provide information on nearby attractions, dining options, and events to enhance the guest experience.
6. **Feedback and Issue Resolution:**
– Gather guest feedback and reviews, and take proactive steps to address any issues or concerns.
– Implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
**Administrative Tasks:**
7. **Record Keeping:**
– Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and communications.
– Generate reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.
8. **Payment Processing:**
– Handle payment processing, including collecting rental fees and security deposits, and ensuring accurate accounting records.
**Qualifications:**
– Experience in hospitality management, business, or a related field (preferred).
– Proven experience in guest services, booking coordination, or property management.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
– Proficiency in booking and property management software.
– Previous Airbnb experience
