Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding Airbnb management companies across North America and add into our supply chain. We will then send them corporate clients to fill their vacancy. Managing our supplier network and ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations. They will be working closely with our fulfillment and service delivery teams to provide exceptional customer service and timely delivery of goods and services. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for negotiating favorable terms with furnished rental companies, ensuring compliance with contractual and operational requirements, and managing supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:
-Manage the supplier network and source new partners as required
-Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual and operational requirements
-Establish and maintain positive supplier relationships
-Manage all aspects of the supply chain, including inventory management, logistics, and transportation
-Work closely with the fulfillment and service delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
-Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain operations
-Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers and make recommendations for improvement
-Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards

Qualifications:
-Minimum of a high-school diploma or equivalent combination of education/experience (bachelor’s degree preferred).
-experience in supply chain management, preferably in the hospitality or corporate housing industry
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and improving supply chain efficiency
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
