Happy Home Styling is a short-term rental furnishing, styling, and co-hosting company based in Denver, CO. We are a new company, and we are quickly growing!
We currently manage 18 homes spread across several states in the US we and hope to double this in the next few months.
With so much momentum managing a growing company, the team needs an organized Cohost Assistant to assist with guest management, messaging, and process documentation. This is a guest-facing job, so the person hired must be personable, empathetic, and quick to act with very good written and verbal english.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
– Respond to guest messages within the hour, using proper grammar and punctuation, with top-notch customer service and support
– Be the liaison between the guest, our company, homeowners, and even vendors to help provide quick support when requests are needed
– Vendor communication and maintenance management
– Help create and set up listings and integrations
– Execute tasks provided by Co-Host Manager to assist with guest experience and rental property upkeep
– Inventory tracking and restocking
– Handle disputes for claims, property damage, refunds, and more
– Calendar and pricing management
– Help improve, build, and document SOPs and company wide documentation
– Document issues that arise

Hours:
We are looking for part-time or full-time work (full-time is preferred). Since our clients are all in the United States we will need help during normal business operating hours. This can range from as early as 6 AM EST and as late as 2 AM EST in order to accommodate to those on the Pacific Time Zones. We will likely hire two people in order to work in shifts. Since the weekends are our busiest times, we are needing help to reply to guest questions over the weekends.
Our compensation structure varies drastically depending on how many hours worked, experience, and whether or not you’re able to take on additional roles based on the companies needs. It will also vary based on how well you do during our training period (which is paid).
