Position: Airbnb Systems Operator (with potential growth to Team Manager)

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Mastery: Navigate and optimize daily operations on Airbnb, VRBO, and related platforms.
Guest Relations: Foster stellar communications with guests, anticipating needs and ensuring exceptional experiences.

Resolutions Management:
Skillfully navigate guest concerns, championing our reputation for impeccable service.
Collaborate with Airbnb for review moderation and pursue rightful compensations, upholding property standards and financial ethics.

Systems Enhancement: Identify potential areas for process optimization, implementing advancements to raise operational efficiency.

Team Synergy: Employ Slack, , and other tools to ensure cohesive teamwork, task distribution, and excellence in delivery.

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, customer service, or operations, preferably within the hospitality sector.
-Familiarity with short-term rental platforms like Airbnb, VRBO,
Technical Proficiency:
-Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms as our systems evolve.
-Proficiency in Monday, Guestyforhosts, Guesty, Pricelabs, Quickbooks, Slack, Openphone, etc.
Communication Skills:
-Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
-Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with guests, resolving disputes amicably and professionally.
-Proactive in identifying operational inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
-Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
-Comfortable receiving and providing constructive feedback to peers and superiors.
Professional Attributes:
-Detail-oriented with a keen focus on accuracy and quality.
