We are seeking a skilled and passionate Short-Term Rental Management Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Rental Management: Oversee and manage multiple rentals, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Guest Experience: Deliver an exceptional guest experience, ensuring all stays are memorable and addressing any inquiries promptly.
Efficiency Optimization: Utilize your expertise in scheduling and time management to optimize rental efficiency.
Listing and Communication
Craft engaging and attractive rental listings, complete with catchy names and compelling descriptions.
Maintain exceptional guest communication with a 100% response rate, responding to inquiries within 3-5 minutes.
Calendar and Pricing Management: Efficiently manage calendars and pricing strategies using tools like Pricelabs and AirDNA.
Streamlining Operations: Implement and manage channel manager or PMS software for streamlined rental operations.
Automated Messaging: Set up automated messages to enhance guest engagement.
Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance issues, schedule contractors, and oversee vendor relationships.
Professional Cleaning Coordination: Ensure smooth turnover by scheduling professional cleaning services.
Damage Claims Management: Handle damage claims effectively through AirCover or similar liability claims services.
Security Deposit Management: Manage the collection and refund of security deposits.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing short-term rentals, with a minimum of 3 years managing at least 38 rentals.
Previous experience in customer support, preferably in platforms like VRBO.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to excellence.
Passion for providing top-notch guest experiences and attention to detail.
Familiarity with short-term rental industry tools and software.
