Job Description

The Red Haven Group Property Management is looking for a Airbnb Management Virtual Assistant (VA).
We are in search of a capable, competent individual who will grow with us and become a Full Time Manager who can grow our team of Airbnb VAs for the services that we are provide to our clients.
The successful candidate will have experience with working for an OTA (Airbnb, VRBO, , Expedia, Flipkey, Marriott, Hotels Tonight, etc) and/or with another property management company for Airbnbs.
You must have key experiences and skills for the majority of the following responsibilities which may be assigned or share with you;
– Guest Communications — Active and to the minute guest communications and issue escalation + resolution
– Airbnb price optimization — understanding trends, seasonality, and lifestyle of Airbnb guests
– Listing management — experience with uploading, maintaining and updating listings on OTAs for different seasons and events
– Maintenance management — scheduling and performing quality assurance on cleanings, vendor invoice management, handyman/vendor coordination, inventory control
– Damage Claims & Guest Resolution Management — creating Aircover/insurance claims, reviewing progress, collecting invoices and damage estimates, communicating with guest and owner, providing updates and pushing claim along
** Must have working managerial experience with a minimum of two of these responsibilities
The successful candidate will have working experience with most of the following software;
– Google Suite (gmail, docs, slides, sheets, meets, keep, forms, etc)
– a CRM (Chime, Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc)
– OTAs (Airbnb, VRBO, , Expedia, Flipkey, Marriott, Hotels Tonight, etc)
– A Airbnb Management Software (guesty, beyond, hostaway, iGMS, boostly)
– A Airbnb Pricing Software (pricelabs, wheelhouse, airdna, alltherooms, keydata)
– VoIP system (ringcentral, Chime dailer)
The candidate MUST have the following;
– A reliable internet connection
– A back-up internet connection
– A laptop computer
– A second monitor with a keyboard + mouse set up
– A mobile device with internet
– A place to work without external/family noise or distractions
– Experience with working with companies in the US, Canada, or the UK
– Experience working for one of the following;
a) An OTA at a managerial level (ie. Airbnb guest services or Aircover claims manager)
b) Another Airbnb Property Manager as a listing / pricing / guest communication / operations manager
Candidates called in for an interview via Google Meets will be tested on a number of topics;
– Customer Service Communications
– Issue Management & Resolution Logic
– Airbnb Guest Lifestyle Knowledge
– Managerial Efficiency
– English comprehension verbally and via text
Successful Candidates will have the opportunity to work with RHG for 1-3 months on an hourly payroll, before potentially transitioning onto a permanent full time salaried role with monetary benefits, pending performance review.`
