Airbnb Virtual Assistant
Job Description:
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and passionate Virtual Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and coordinate affairs related to Airbnb properties/Real Estate Affairs. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. They should also demonstrate a strong commitment to learning the industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Daily Administrative Tasks:
– Manage email correspondence, prioritize messages, and respond promptly to inquiries.
– Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
– Maintain digital files, databases, and records efficiently.
– Cold-Calling/Active search for prospective Airbnb properties
2. Airbnb Coordination:
– Oversee the listing creation and optimization process on Airbnb platform.
– Respond promptly to guest inquiries, manage bookings, and handle reservation changes.
– Coordinate check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
– Manage cleaning and maintenance schedules for Airbnb properties.
– Monitor and update property listings with accurate information and appealing visuals.
– Address guest reviews and feedback promptly, striving for continuous improvement.
– Collaborate with cleaning services, maintenance personnel, and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and fully equipped.
– Handle billing and financial transactions related to Airbnb bookings.
– Implement eco-friendly practices and sustainable initiatives within the properties, promoting responsible tourism.
3. Real Estate Coordination:
– Assist in the coordination of real estate related activities, including property viewings and paperwork.
– Conduct research on potential properties, market trends, and investment opportunities.
– Maintain databases of properties and sellers.
– Coordinate with real estate agents, brokers, and clients to facilitate communication.
– Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials for real estate listings.
– Organize client meetings as needed.
4. Communication and Customer Service:
– Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and courteously.
– Maintain open and transparent communication with property owners, keeping them updated on bookings, maintenance issues, and financial matters.
– Foster positive relationships with guests, neighbors, and community members, representing the values of the property owner.
5. Research and Innovation:
– Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to Airbnb hosting and property management.
– Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the Airbnb hosting experience, such as implementing new technologies or sustainability initiatives.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
– Familiarity with Airbnb platform and property management software is an Asset (e.g., Airbnb, Guesty, Smartbnb).
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
– Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
– Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
