Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and personable virtual assistant to help manage the day-to-day operations of our Airbnb rental properties remotely. This includes managing guest communication, facilitating bookings, resolving claims or issues with guests and booking websites (e.g. Airbnb, etc.), and coordinating with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations, all while providing a 5-star experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a “customer-first” mentality, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve and work independently.

Responsibilities:
– Communicate with guests via messaging platforms (such as Airbnb or other Channel manager), responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly, professionally, and personably.
– Manage bookings, including calendar management, reservations requests, and cancellations.
– Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure properties are kept in top condition – this means clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests on schedule
– Monitor property listings to ensure they are up-to-date and accurate
– Respond to guest reviews and feedback, ensuring that any issues are addressed and resolved quickly.
– Resolve any issues / claims (e.g. guest damages) with Airbnb, VRBO, or others.
– Continuously seek ways to improve the guest experience and offer suggestions to management
– Perform other related administrative duties.

Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service.
Prior experience as a Case Manager at Airbnb a plus
– Strong communication and customer service skills. Friendly and professional with guests and team members.
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
– Experience with Airbnb platform and related tools, such as Guesty, Hospitable or similar rental management software.
– Knowledge of Airbnb policies, procedures, and best practices.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with offshore virtual assistants and other team members.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
