As an Airbnb Virtual Assistant – Social Media and Booking Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our listings, increasing occupancy rates, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Airbnb listings.
Create engaging and visually appealing posts, stories, and reels across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Monitor social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers.
Use analytics tools to track and optimize the performance of social media content.
Content Creation:

Generate high-quality photos and videos of Airbnb properties, ensuring they highlight key features and amenities.
Write compelling property descriptions and captions to accompany visuals.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and attractive online presence.
Forum and Online Community Engagement:

Identify relevant online forums, groups, and communities where potential guests seek accommodation recommendations.
Actively participate in these platforms by providing helpful information, responding to inquiries, and promoting Airbnb listings discreetly and professionally.
Booking Management:

Assist in managing bookings, including responding to inquiries, processing reservations, and coordinating check-ins and check-outs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the hospitality or Airbnb management field.
