Job Title: Part-Time Airbnb Virtual & Executive Assistant (Potential for Full-Time)

As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Airbnb Virtual/Executive Assistant. This role is crucial in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business. The position has the potential to become full-time based on the growth of the business and the performance of the employee.

Job Overview:
As the Airbnb Virtual & Executive Assistant you will work closely with and directly report to the President and Founder of our real estate investment firm. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of our real estate investment and Airbnb property management operations. You will be responsible for managing guest communication and bookings, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance schedules, organizing the onboarding of new vacation rental properties, and providing assistance in vendor payment and financial reporting. Additionally, you will offer general administration and organization support to enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee Airbnb, VRBO, and direct booking listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, attractive descriptions, appealing photographs, and competitive pricing.
-Manage guest communication and bookings, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, providing necessary information, and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
-Coordinate, schedule, and confirm housekeeping and maintenance schedules to ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests.
-Organize the onboarding process for new vacation rental properties, which may include coordinating design material, ordering furnishings, and ensuring a smooth setup process.
-Provide assistance in vendor payment, bookkeeping organization, and financial reporting, maintaining accurate records and contributing to the financial management of the business.
-Offer general administration and organization support, including efficient email responses, creating Excel spreadsheets for better organization, and streamlining administrative processes.
-Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
-Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in the real estate or hospitality industry, preferably in real estate investment or Airbnb property management.
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
-Excellent English speaking written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
-Familiarity with Airbnb, VRBO, and other vacation rental platforms, as well as proficiency in related management software.
-Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance practices to ensure high-quality standards are met.
-Basic understanding of property onboarding processes, including design material coordination and furnishing ordering.
-Experience in vendor payment, bookkeeping, and financial reporting is highly desirable.
-Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, taking initiative when necessary.
-Exceptional organizational skills to assist in general administration and optimize operational processes.
