I’m looking for somebody that can help me get my listings organized.
My immediate priority is this:
I have 6 units all at the same property that I need help with.
– I would like all of them added to VRBO and (some are on some but not all are on all platforms)
-I currently use Hospitable to link them together and use pricelabs to do the pricing. I will need all 6 properties linked to these sites as well.
-I also would like you to set it up so that all 6 units can act like 1 unit on airbnb/vrbo/booking. For example, they are all studio apartments, listed individually as such. But since they are all at the same property, I would like it to be listed as well as a 6/6 home in case somebody wants to rent out all 6 units them self. Same thing for 5 units, 4 units, 3 units, 2 units, etc. If this doesn’t make sense, I can explain more on a call.
-Looking for long time management as well if you have experience with: *Scheduling room cleanings with cleaning team, maintenance, repairs, etc.*Resolution Claims**Listing Specialist + Optimize listing settings (Details, Pricing & Availability, Policies & Rules, Info, Etc.) *Pricing (Set Ruleset, discounts, premiums rates) *Designing and lay-outing of your Airbnb listing (2D/3D)
Full Time Responsibilities:
1) Property Management & Listings:
-Manage and oversee listings on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, , and other OTAs.
-Respond promptly to Airbnb/VRBO inbox messages (within 1-3 minutes).
-Optimize listing settings including details, pricing & availability, policies, and rules.
-Strategize and set rules for pricing, discounts, and premium rates.
-Organize and schedule room cleanings, maintenance, and repairs.
-Address resolution claims and manage reviews, including follow-ups, disputes, and escalations.
-Design both 2D and 3D layouts for Airbnb listings.
-Write captivating content to make listings stand out.
-Handle social media accounts for property listings. (need to be created)
2) Communication:
-Set up scheduled messages for guests and create preset responses for frequently asked questions. (most of these are already in place, just need them moved over)
-Develop and manage quick reply templates. (most of these are already in place, just need them moved over)
3) Design & Multimedia:
-Develop unique designs using AutoCAD, including floor plans, perspectives, lot plans, and structural designs.
-Use Canva and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Premiere) to design invitations, portfolios, logos, presentations, and more.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Virtual/Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
-Proficiency in property management tools and platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and .
-Expertise in AutoCAD, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Excellent communication and writing skills.
-Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
