I’m looking for someone with significant experience in the hospitality industry. Specifically short term rentals. I need someone who can help me with organizing and structuring the business as I grow. Who might be familiar with tools such as price labs, breezeway, and whatever other useful resources when it comes to running a short term rental business. Specifically someone who understands and can help advise on running multiple properties is a plus if you have this experience.
Other job duties might include calling guests to make sure they are taken care of if an issue presents itself. Coordinating with mechanics to fix issues at a property. Submitting claims to support if damage or missing items occur. Replying to guest questions in a timely matter and other things of this nature that revolve around the business.
I am currently running 2 units as a super host with 7 years of Airbnb experience but only on a small scale. I plan to expand to more as a property management company (I have two more units coming but my goal is to grow to as many as possible). The objective is to make sure I have systems in place to be able to expand services in the future. It’s important to me that I can become extremely well organized with simply two units before attempting to expand. And to make sure I have a reliable and dedicated hire as I will be remote in a different time zone.
If you are someone with experience in the industry and think you could bring value and insights to these goals it would be a pleasure to speak with you. Being that we are currently at two units only this will be very minimal part time work to start. Once I see the systems are in place and everything is well organized I will begin to pick up more units and looking to build a team.
