Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Alibaba E-commerce Support Agent to join our team. As an Alibaba E-commerce Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our product catalog, handling customer inquiries, and optimizing the usage of the platform to drive traffic and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1 – Maintenance of Product Catalog:

– Regularly update and maintain the product catalog on the Alibaba platform.
– Ensure accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
– Monitor inventory levels and update product availability accordingly.

2 – Handling Customer Inquiries:

– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
– Provide product information, answer questions, and address any concerns or issues raised by customers.
– Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and after-sales support.

3 -Platform Optimization:

– Identify opportunities to optimize the usage of the Alibaba platform to drive traffic and increase sales.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies for improving product visibility and conversion rates.
– Monitor platform analytics and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

4 -Training and Support:

– Provide training and support to sellers on best practices for utilizing the Alibaba platform effectively.
– Offer guidance and assistance to sellers in optimizing their product listings and improving their online storefronts.
Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
– Previous experience in e-commerce, preferably with knowledge of the Alibaba platform.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
