THE ROLE:
Your main mission will be to leverage your skills in sourcing and negotiation to acquire top-tier toys from Alibaba for our expanding clientele.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Product Procurement: Navigate Alibaba to find high-quality toys in line with our company’s standards and clientele’s preferences.
Negotiation: Engage with suppliers to ensure we get the best prices without compromising on quality. Your adept negotiation skills will play a crucial role here.
Order Management: Monitor and manage orders to guarantee timely delivery and resolve any procurement issues efficiently.
Supplier Relationship: Cultivate strong, long-term partnerships with suppliers, ensuring they align with our company’s values and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of experience in product procurement, specifically using Alibaba.
Demonstrated negotiation prowess.
Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with suppliers effectively.
Stable internet connection and a workspace conducive to video conferencing (e.g., via Discord).
Self-motivated with the capability to complete tasks on time and with minimal supervision.
