We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced all-around Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing strategy, initiatives, and execution to further boost and solidify our digital presence in various platforms. You will be the mastermind behind our Marketing blueprint, crafting a winning approach to elevate brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

This role is perfect for Marketing wizards with a passion for driving results and craving a dynamic role where one can strategize, build, and execute tactics using the power of multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
Manage marketing budgets and track return on investment (ROI) for marketing initiatives.
Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
Utilize data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies and tactics.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive sales.
Segment email lists for targeted communication based on user interests and behavior.
Design and optimize email newsletters for high engagement rates and click-through rates.
Analyze email marketing performance metrics and make adjustments for continuous improvement.
Develop and implement engaging content strategies for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
Create high-quality visual content (images, videos) for social media campaigns.
Manage social media communities, fostering brand awareness and interaction with followers.
Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific marketing goals (brand awareness, lead generation, sales).
Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
Develop and maintain a user-friendly and engaging company website built on WordPress and Clickfunnels.
Implement and manage a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic website traffic and search ranking.
Conduct keyword research to identify and target relevant keywords for website content and marketing campaigns.
Optimize website content for search engines and user experience.

Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in a marketing leadership role (Manager, Director, Strategist)
Proven ability to manage and optimize websites built on WordPress and Clickfunnels.
Advanced SEO knowledge and experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and traffic analysis.
Solid experience developing engaging content strategies and managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and/or TikTok).
Demonstrated success with running targeted advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Ability to develop and manage a content calendar, including creating high-quality content (blogs, articles).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
