Job Title: All-Around SEO

Job Description: Looking for an experienced webmaster who has experience with WordPress and SEO.

Detailed Responsibilities: Your responsibilities would include the following for three or more websites:
1. Send a daily report of work done that day (one report for all sites)
2. Keyword/Phrase research
3. Create new content (1 article + 1 blog post per week per site). Use of AI is acceptable.
4. External link building (4 submissions + 4 profiles + 4 forum post + 4 classified ads per week per site)
5. 2 GMB posts + 2 GMB Q&A per week (for only one of the three websites)
6. Finding and fixing broken links
7. Reviewing Analytics for improvements and reporting monthly on changes in ranking

Job Details:
– This is a full-time position.
– There is a 6-week probationary period upon hiring.
– The first week of the probationary period will be a training week.
– This is a Salaried Position:
o Payment will be issued weekly.
o Weekly Pay = $250/week during probationary period, $300/week after that
o Salary increases will be considered periodically.
– Weekly Hours:
o 40 hours/week
o The hours are flexible
– Traub Law honors most Filipino Holidays as days off from work except All Saints and All Souls Day.
– Vacation days are unrestricted. Time off from work needs to be submitted to and approved by either Talia or Andrew. Two weeks of notice is preferred.
– Sick days are unrestricted. Explanation needs to be provided to either Talia or Andrew.

– After the probationary period, the SEO/Website Content Manager will be eligible to receive:
o 13th Month Pay
o Phili Health & SSI Reimbursement (all receipts of payment for these items must be submitted to and approved by either Andrew or Talia)
o Bonuses (these will be considered periodically based upon superior performance)

– Must have access to WIFI
– Must have a computer and a cell phone with WIFI capabilities
– Must be fluent in English and possess excellent English speaking, reading, and writing abilities

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 1 year experience in the following:
– WordPress
– Google Analytics
– Linkbuilding
