Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable All-Around Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide crucial support in various aspects of our business. If you have experience with LinkedIn management, email marketing, website edits, and can handle general virtual assistant responsibilities, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

LinkedIn Management
– Engage with connections, respond to messages, grow network
– LinkedIn Marketing

Email Management
– Manage daily emails
– Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns
– Draft engaging email content that aligns with the company’s tone and branding

Simple Website Interations
– Make basic updates to the company website, including text changes, image uploads, and minor layout adjustments

General Virtual Assistant Tasks
– Handle calendar management, schedule appointments, and set reminders
– Coordinate meetings and ensure necessary materials are prepared
– Conduct online research and compile reports as needed
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
– Manage files, documents, and data organization

Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a related administrative role.
Proficient in LinkedIn management and familiar with its features and best practices.
Experience with email management
Basic knowledge of website editing tools, such as WordPress or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy and able to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Availability for consistent communication and collaboration with team members.

Initially the applicant will be engaged on a trial basis with the view to ongoing regular work. Hourly rate will be negotiated depending on demonstrated ability. Please use the words “All Around VA” in your response. For an interview, you will need a zoom account and a working webcam and microphone will be required. If interviewed you will be required to start with a text chat and then progress to a Zoom video call.
