Job Overview:
As a full-time Virtual Assistant (VA) with our company, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our daily operations and client engagements. You will primarily focus on lead generation marketing strategies and managing social media platforms to enhance our online presence and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
Conducting lead generation research and outreach to identify potential clients or customers.
Developing and implementing effective lead generation campaigns and strategies.
Close at least 1 client a week (We will give incentives for every client closed)
Managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to build brand awareness and engage with our audience.
Creating and scheduling social media posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
Providing administrative support such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, with expertise in lead generation marketing and social media management.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including CRM software and social media analytics platforms.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using productivity tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management software.
