Job Responsibilities:
Generation: Conduct online research to identify potential leads and prospects in our target markets.
Research: Gather information, statistics, and data relevant to our industry or specific projects.
Service: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally on the phone, emails, chats and other channels, providing top-notch service.
: Outbound sales, prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling experience.
Management: Maintain and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
Savviness: Be proficient in using various software tools and applications to streamline tasks and improve productivity.
Management: Manage and organize email correspondence, ensuring that important messages are prioritized and responded to appropriately.
Entry: Accurately input data into spreadsheets or databases, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Proficiency: Communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
Skills: Possess a strong command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Prioritization: Independently manage tasks and priorities to meet deadlines efficiently.
: Maintain records, reports, and files in an organized and easily accessible manner.

Qualifications:
?Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
?Strong proficiency in using CRM software.
?Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
?Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
?Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
?Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
?Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
?You must have a laptop or desktop and stable internet connection with minimum internet speed of 5MBPS or higher with back up in cases of power interruption or service provider issues
?Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
