JOB DESCRIPTION
The position entails a broad range of responsibilities, such as reimbursements & refunds, seller support case management, providing excellent customer service, inventory management, and executing review management. Additionally, you will assist (or manage, if you have sufficient experience) in optimizing listings, enriching product listings with relevant keywords, setting up and managing PPC campaigns, launching new products, and contributing to product hunting, among other tasks. Again, for specific roles, you can be brought up to speed after acing the most important responsibilities.
This role provides opportunities for continuous learning, supported by top-notch learning material from Titan Network, and offers specializations in listing optimization, PPC, and product launch.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 1 year of proven Amazon virtual assistant experience
* In-depth understanding of Amazon SEO research, Product Launch, and Listing Optimization
* Fast and reliable internet connection, with backup for outages
* Daily availability for Slack communication and video calls (08:00 – 16:00 Amsterdam Timezone)
* In-depth understanding of Amazon’s platform, policies, and best practices
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Analytical mindset for informed decision-making
* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
* Self-sufficient, proactiveness, can-do mentality, motivated, and flexible to meet deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills for complex issues
* Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)

* Proficiency in Asana, Slack, Excel, Google, Office, Loom.
