We run an eCommerce dropshipping business with multiple stores in different countries.
We are looking for long-term CS manager to join our team. There is a great deal of growth opportunity for those that consistently make a positive contribution to our company. We are seeking great candidates that will represent the company with great communication and dedication.
We already are working with a third party customer support team that is working really well. So why do we need you? Because we want you to be the controlling part that works from our end. This means you will check the communication between the customer support team, customers, supplier and me. We want you to check that all communications between the parties are going well and if you see a delay somewhere, to be there right away and warn the party about it. Also to entry some important data about the back end in the right sheets. So essentially this is not a Customer Support job where you would have to follow a very clear process to keep our customers happy, but one where you really need to be able to think solution-oriented and have an great overview.

Responsibilities:
Handling tickets in ClickUp that is assigned to you
See if everyone in ClickUp responds on time (Suplier, Customer support team)
Communication with customer support team
Communication with supplier
Making decisions on your own
Contact me when it is really needed
Entering data in Excel sheet
Weekly updates in call with me
Keeping an eye for improvements in the back end
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times.
We will provide you with:
Video training
SOP to follow
1 on 1 calls for you to understand the thinking process (in the beginning)
Access to the communication channels.
Applicant needs to:
Speak fluent English both written and verbally
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support
Be available for weekly team calls
Must be organized, motivated, and willing to learn and grow.
