Job Overview:

We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated Designer to join our remote team. As a Designer at Lideka, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually captivating and user-friendly designs for our e-commerce platform. You will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our website and marketing materials meet the highest design standards while effectively conveying our brand identity. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of our rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:

Create visually stunning and user-friendly designs for our e-commerce platform, encompassing web pages, product listings, and promotional materials.
Collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to develop attention-grabbing graphics for email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.
Uphold and elevate our brand identity, maintaining design consistency across all channels.
Conceive and design captivating product images and banners to drive conversions and sales.
Stay updated with industry trends and e-commerce design best practices to continually enhance our website’s user experience.
Work in close partnership with developers to ensure precise and efficient implementation of design concepts.
Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for new features and marketing initiatives.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance on design projects to other team members, freelancers, or agencies, as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Designer, featuring a strong portfolio showcasing your e-commerce design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other relevant design software.
Solid grasp of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile design best practices.
Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Creative thinking and a passion for staying current with design trends and innovations.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Experience with e-commerce platforms and an understanding of conversion optimization are advantageous but not mandatory.
A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
