PART-TIME CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT NEEDED.
We need a reliable customer support agent who is experienced in handling customer concerns, support issues, and technical issues.
We need someone who is quick to learn new features and is tech-savvy.
We are a graphic design software in a startup remote environment and we’re looking for someone to help take care of our customer’s concerns.
The job includes:
– Customer Support (Email & Chat)
– Technical Support (Email & Chat)
– Hands-on software learning
– Learning product-specific features from the documentation available on Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Confluence
– Copying, pasting, and updating email templates
– Coordinating with our software programmers and relaying software tech issues
– Generating email/chat replies by providing the BEST solution to the customer
– Figuring out solutions on your own and being proactive
– Zoom calls/team meetings
– Updating documentation/protocol
– Using our Customer support software which is HelpScout
– You would do other small, miscellaneous tasks like copying and pasting or collecting data on spreadsheets or folders
*You will work with minimal supervision, manage your own time effectively, and maintain control over your role and responsibilities.
Requirements: (Please read everything CAREFULLY!)
– Weekend work is a MUST as that’s when most support tickets come in, around 3 hours per day
– You should also be fluent in English with good written skills
– You must have a fast and reliable internet connection, with your own laptop/PC to do your tasks
– You must have strong attention to detail, focus, and presence of mind
– You should be professional and be able to handle criticism and feedback without taking things personally
– You should be a fast learner and can adapt to change quickly.
– You must be able to work well with the team
– You must be flexible, detail-oriented, hardworking, and dependable
Working Schedule: (Please read everything CAREFULLY!)
– 3-4 hours daily including weekends, with a day off every Wednesday.
– If additional hours are required on top of your part-time work, we will pay you the same hourly rate
– You have the ability to go to full-time when we feel that you are ready
– If you transition full-time, we have flexible working hours
