Experience Required:
2+ years in one or more of the following areas:
– USA Real Estate industry
– Lead management with with CRM experience preferably Sales Force or Ugville
– Experience with follow up phone calls.
– Experience with logging data.

About Us

We are a group of real estate investment companies purchasing and renovating approximately one house per week, with plans to scale our business to handle a larger volume. We purchase, renovate, resell or keep theses properties. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to manage various aspects of our real estate operations, particularly on the lead management side of the business. Your role will be crucial in finding potential homeowners looking to sell, using our systems and Salesforce to track and follow up with these potential sellers.

Your Responsibilities:
– Lead Management: Utilize our systems and Salesforce to find potential homeowners who want to sell their homes, track, and follow up with them.
– Utility Management: Handle utility turn-ons and turn-offs, track utility expenses, and conduct general audits on utility usage.
-Keep and maintain property inventory spreadsheet.
-Handle communication with insurance providers.
– Internet Research: Regularly search certain websites to assist in the acquisition side of the business.
– Close Collaboration: Work closely with the owners and leadership team of our conglomerate of businesses.
-Assist the realtor to generate listings.
– Additional tasks will be added as time allows.

We seek a highly intelligent, detail-oriented, and process-driven individual with a growth mindset. You should be capable of handling a wide range of tasks with precision and be eager to develop and automate processes to enhance efficiency. Proficiency in English is essential as you will be speaking with and contacting potential sellers. You must be comfortable using Hubstaff to track your time virtually and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Skills Required:
– Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written skills; ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
– Project Management Skills: Clear outcome definition, meticulous planning, scheduling, critical thinking, task management, quality management, and delegation.
– Focus Management: Ability to work on one task until completion, avoiding all distractions. We prioritize focused work over multitasking.
– Technical Skills:Experience with a CRM is a necessary. Salesforce or Ugville is preferred.
– Technical Skills:Experience with google sheets or other spreadsheets.
– Task Prioritization: Ability to effectively prioritize tasks to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.

Position Details:
– Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, US EST business hours.
– Compensation: $800 to $1200 per month, based on experience and performance.

– You are uncomfortable with tracking your work.
