Role Overview:

We need a creative and self-motivated Social Media Manager & Content Writer to:

– Manage our social media accounts
– Write engaging content
– Design visuals like infographics and carousels

Required Familiarity:

Daily Responsibilities:

– Monitor engagement across platforms
– Research content ideas
– Write in brand voice for social posts and newsletters
– Design visuals using Figma or Canva
– Proofread and edit content
– Schedule posts across platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
– Engage with our audience
– Manage junior team members
– Send daily reports and time-tracking

Required Technical Skills:

– Excellent written English communication skills
– Experience in social media management and content creation
– Basic proficiency in Figma or Canva

Required Soft Skills:

– Reliability: Punctual and dependable
– Organization: Proficient with systems and processes
– Attention to Detail: Meticulous in catching small errors
– Self-Motivation: Driven to complete tasks independently
– Productivity: Efficient, especially with simple tasks

Work Schedule:

– Full-time (40+ hours/week)
– Flexible hours: Monday – Friday. Reasonable overlap with Central time in the US.
– Required availability: Around posting time 7 pm – 10 pm Manilla time
– Weekends and Holidays:
– Schedule all content in advance to minimize weekend work
– Light work for 1-2 hours on Saturday and Sunday, with a compensatory half-day off on a weekday
– Bonus pay for weekend or holiday work
– Vacation:
– Planned and requested in advance

Salary:
$800 – $1,500 per month, depending on experience and skills
