AMAZING CUSTOMER SUPPORT VA needed to start ASAP

Hello, my name is Karol and I run an international dropshipping company that sells products across the world.

I am currently looking for an amazing Customer service VA to join my growing team. We are looking for a customer support that can work 4 hours a day, preferably around 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Your role will include:
– Email support, respond to emails, help customers track their orders and help them with issues that might happen after the package has been delivered.
– Talk to our suppliers when returns need to be done if products are broken and any other matters that are customer and supplier related issues.
– Handle our Facebook pages by answering comments, removing bad ones and being available in the chat if any customers need help.
– Fulfill our daily orders
– Calculate the cost of the daily orders

For your skills and qualifications, you must:
– Pay attention to detail
– Fast learner
– Able to work without much management
– Great time management skills
– Have a good internet connection speed( this will be checked)
– Have a good computer
– Have an organized workplace/station
– Computer experience, you need to have experience with email software, Shopify, Whatsapp, Meta Business suite(Facebook)
– Be able to speak very good english
– We have had experience with people just quitting without any reason and leaving everything the same day. That is absolutely not acceptable, if you want to quit you have to let us know 2 weeks in advance.

This will be a long term part time job that can transform into a full time. Ready for the right candidate to start ASAP.
