THE ROLE
You’re a creative visionist. You have intermediate experience in graphic design and can bring concepts into beautiful visuals. Your skills include identifying strategies to use for your designs based on the need. Creating great visuals yet conveying the brand’s voice through graphics is a passion of yours.

You’re an inspiring strategist. Your work shows your strategies to captivate not just the attention of the viewers but also inspire them to take action.

You have strong people skills. You find fulfillment in collaborating closely with various teams—media buying, social media, designers, creators, editors, and more—to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
– Edit and put together Images and graphics taken in the United States
– Edit multiple versions of an image to be tested for success (click through rate, website conversions, etc.)
– Edit photos taken to look professional
– Create graphics to be used on ads, website, and promotions
– Create illustrations to be used for Ads & Marketing content
– Understand and have experience in making web content like graphics, photo manipulation & Gifs
**Required/Non-Negotiable skills:**
– Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
– Basic knowledge in After Effects (Creating Gifs)
– Experience editing pictures in a short turnaround time
– Passionate about improving current graphics to get better results
– Basic digital drawings skills are required- preferably watercolor style
– Background knowledge in video editing is a PLUS but not required

**SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:**
– Owns a laptop or a desktop computer that can do basic research and operate social media and email platforms.
– Internet with at least 100mbps speed.
**WORKING CONDITIONS:**
Candidate can work from anywhere, with reliable internet access. They must be able to communicate clearly and promptly. It is a full-time position with at least 40 hours per week. There will be daily communications with team members in the Philippines and the US.

**SALARY AND BENEFITS:**
– P30,000
