We’re a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency specializing in serving home builders. We need a reliable individual to boost client satisfaction, streamline operations (improving the client journey), and ensure smooth onboarding.
Position Overview:
The Account Manager is critical to our client relationships. Your responsibility is to ensure that every client is informed and delighted with our services while supporting our production team in delivering effective results.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding & Account Setup: Integrate new clients seamlessly, laying the foundation for a lasting relationship.
Preparation & Post-Call Tasks: Assist in preparing for sales and client review calls. Document discussions, highlight action points, and ensure their prompt completion.
Client Communication: Provide regular insights to clients about their campaigns, promoting transparency and confidence.
Support Production Team: Act as the liaison between clients and our production team, facilitating clear and efficient exchanges.
Appointment Handling: Booking, rescheduling, and coordinating appointments as needed. between other communication
Engage in Client Calls: take the lead in client calls, explaining changes, results, and strategy SIMPLY & CLEARLY to over-deliver client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing concepts.
Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools: Familiarity with various digital marketing tools and platforms. (although we will train on the specifics)
Multitasking Ability: Able to manage multiple clients and project components concurrently.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Self-Driven: Proactive and capable of taking initiative.
NZ Work Hours – We cover USA, Australia and New Zealand
