Amazing Travel Agent Virtual Assistant

Our administrative VA will be working mainly on back-office tasks, making sure our travel agency runs smoothly. Some marketing and Social Media management and creation would be helpful.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has an interest in travel and possesses strong organizational and communication skills. This position has the opportunity to turn into a full-time position.

Requirements:
Excellent written skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent research skills.
Proficient in using design software such as Canva or willing to watch tutorials and learn
Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
Create comprehensive and customized travel proposals and itineraries for clients, ensuring their preferences and needs are met.
Conduct thorough research on activities, flights, and hotels to recommend the most suitable options for clients.
Assist in managing email correspondence with clients, and providing timely and professional responses.
Utilize design software such as Canva to create stunning visuals for social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Post on social media.
Develop destination tip sheets to provide valuable information to clients.
Collaborate with the Travel Advisor to continuously improve processes and provide exceptional customer service.
Stay up-to-date with travel trends, industry news, and emerging destinations.

In addition to having excellent English skills, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them. Web research using search engines like Google, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Canva. It would be a huge bonus if you have experience in social media management and video editing. Training will be offered. The travel agent is actually a former teacher and will show you what to do.
