Location: Remote (8-30 AM to 5-00 PM EST)

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply to the job. Will be paid 2x/month.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in effective people management and organizational roles. Previous executive assistant experience preferred.

Job Overview: I am seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive Admin Assistant to support me in managing three diverse businesses. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operation and progress of various projects and tasks. Your principal focus will be in managing me and helping me be as efficient, effective, and accountable as possible toward achieving my desired goals.

About Me:
I own 3 different companies, FlyDad, B7 Consulting, and Father Hoods. I’m based in the United States and I have been working with Virtual Assistants for over 3 years. All of my VA’s have been very happy to work with me. If you’re the right candidate you will be given a chance to talk with one of my current VA’s before you are hired.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Me – prioritize my daily tasks and schedules to enhance productivity across the three businesses.
• Keep me accountable and focused on achieving my goals
• Develop, manage, and ensure effective handling of personal and business project/task boards.
• Perform research and analysis to support decision-making in both personal and professional areas.
• Help ensure team across all businesses are accountable and on track with their responsibilities and deliverables.
• Facilitate project advancement through effective communication, budget creation (where needed), and organizing calls and meetings.
• Develop, implement, and optimize systems for task management, focusing on protecting my time and energy.
• Coordinate graphics, video, and audio tasks, contributing to the visual and auditory aspects of business projects and marketing materials.
• Seek opportunities for the executive to be featured in relevant podcasts/publications.
• Manage planning and logistics for travel, events, etc

Qualifications:
• Incredibly strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a high-paced, multi-business environment.
• Proficiency in Slack, Gmail (organizing and managing another’s inbox), Google Calendar, and (nice to have). Will train in these if not proficient.
• Must be willing and able to manage me to keep me running efficiently every day
• Experience in graphics, video editing, audio editing, and podcast production is a BIG PLUS, but not required.

Work Arrangement:
• Full Time. Working for anyone else will result in immediate termination without payment.
