Join Artizan Coffee Company, a leader in the Organic Specialty Coffee Industry. We are looking for a talented Amazon A+ content and Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) creator with a strong background in graphic design to elevate our product listings and drive customer engagement. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to the success of our business in the online retail space. Working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM / New York EST GMT-5

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Amazon A+ content and Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) to showcase our products.
• Design compelling graphics, images, banners, and infographics for A+ and EBC.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize for better conversion rates.
• Create and manage Amazon storefronts and product listings.
• Conduct Amazon product analysis and keyword research to improve listing visibility.
• Assist with FBA management and inventory optimization.
• Utilize design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for graphic creation.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Follow through on assignments and projects to completion.
• Respond to inquiries from customers and team members in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth task completion.
• Conduct basic research on specified topics as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in creating Amazon A+ content and Enhanced Brand Content (EBC).
• Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio of relevant work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with Amazon storefront creation and management.
• Knowledge of Amazon product analysis and keyword research techniques.
• Familiarity with Amazon’s guidelines and best practices for A+ and EBC.
• Understanding of FBA management processes.
• Video editing skills for creating engaging product videos is helpful.
• Preferably experienced with online/remote/virtual work, however not essential
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Proficient in virtual office tools and technologies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Ability to work independently as part of a virtual team and with minimum supervision
• Willingness to work in Eastern Standard Time
• Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and productivity and project
management tools like Odoo, Asana, Monday, Trello, Basecamp or similar.
• A charismatic ‘can do’ attitude
• Critical thinking ability and problem solver

– For Mac: Core i5 – 2017 or higher Core i7 – 2016 or higher (not recommended : Core i3)
– A suitable work-from-home space in the Philippines
– Internet connection: 30 Mbps minimum
