Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Amazon Account Administrator to join our Canadian-based team, focusing on the US market. This role involves managing customer inquiries, handling feedback and reviews, addressing refund requests, ensuring smooth shipment tracking, and various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Email and Amazon Message Management:
Timely and professional handling of customer inquiries via email and Amazon messages.

Feedback and Reviews Tracking:
Monitor and analyze customer feedback and reviews, using insights for continuous improvement.

Refund Request Handling:
Engage with customers for refunds, ensuring satisfactory resolutions and valuable feedback.

Shipment Tracking and Coordination:
Accurately track shipments, liaising with logistics and warehouse teams to prevent delays.

Data Entry and Analysis:
Record customer impressions and conversions, manage lost inventory cases and update costs in Seller Legend.

Financial Tracking and Reconciliation:
Diligent tracking of invoices and expenses, and accurate reconciliation of costs.

Performance Measurement:
1 – Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Critical for minimal error rate.
2 – Proactivity in Problem Recognition and Escalation: Effective identification and escalation of issues.
3 – Clear and Effective Communication: Essential for both internal and customer communications.
4 – Customer Focus and Resolution: Providing effective solutions to meet customer needs.
5 – Efficient Issue Escalation: Timely escalation of issues to supervisors for resolution.

Qualifications:

1 – Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
2 – Strong communication skills in English.
3 – Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Seller Legend, and similar e-commerce platforms.
4 – Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
5 – Problem-solving skills and professionalism in customer interactions.
6 – -Knowledge of Canadian and US customer service standards.

Compensation and Working Hours:

Compensation: $2.50 to $3.00 USD per hour, depending on experience.
Working Hours: Approximately 5-7 hours per week, with flexibility to change based on business needs.
