– At least 1 YEAR managing the account health for a LARGE (over $500k/monthly revenie) Amazon Seller. This experience should mean that you are managing Account Health FULL TIME, not doing account health as well as 3 or 4 other tasks.
– At least 1 YEAR experience working with Amazon Seller Support to open cases, and resolve issues. These issues INCLUDE, but are not LIMITED to the following:
o Create Cases to resolve listing errors, stranded item errors etc.
oCreating cases to fight different account health violations :
o Intellectual Property Violations
o Product Authenticity Complaints
o Product Condition Complaints
o Food and Product Safety Issues
o Listing Policy Violations
o Generic Product Issues
o Restricted Product Policy Violations
o Customer Product Reviews
oRemove customer negative reviews
oAnswer customer messages
o Etc.
– At least 2 YEARS experience with an Amazon Wholesale business selling Grocery and Health and Beauty products.
– Experience working with an active product catalog of 2000+ SKU’s
-Ability to communicate and speak effectively in English.
-Maintain regular contact and communication with our management team based in the US.
– You MUST be able to work on EST.
– You MUST be OK to use Hubstaff for timetracking.

The job offer is as below:
You will be hired at a rate of $800/month. This will be paid out in the form of weekly payments of $200.
You will get vacation and sick days.
