Job Description

Who We Are Looking For:
A highly creative yet analytical and driven individual that loves to see the products you manage succeed across Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces. Your main goal will be to ensure that all aspects of our Amazon Marketplace program are optimized, and that our seller performance and seller ratings embody Amazon best practices. You will be responsible for increasing Amazon sales and all growth objectives on Amazon.

Responsibilities:
Strategic
Increase Amazon sales and all growth objectives on Amazon
Leverage Amazon Retail Analytics to derive key business insights and improve operations
Manage international expansion opportunities specifically growing international Amazon marketplaces

FBA Shipments & Inventory
Forecast and manage FBA Shipments

Listings
Manage listings on Amazon Seller Central account daily, and modifying listings and optimizing listings according to company’s marketing strategies.
Continually enhance product titles, descriptions, categorization, images, and keywords for optimal performance, improving page rank and sales.
Responsible for creating new product listings by coordinating with other team members to obtain optimal copywriting, graphic designs, videos and product images.
Analyze, execute, and optimize a keyword research strategy which identifies the most effective and targeted key phrases to drive traffic. Periodically reassess these key phrases in order to ensure that they continue to stay relevant
Periodically develop with team creative assets for above-the-fold (ATF), A+ content, videos and advertising assets

Promotions
Stay on the cutting edge of all things Amazon marketing within both Vendor and Seller Central, such as: Amazon Advertising, DSP, Best Deals, Lightning Deals, Coupons, Cross-Promotions, Launchpad, Tailored Promotions, Freebie ads, Vine etc

Performance Ratings
Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, account health and performance rankings, feedback, ratings and customer reviews and make recommendations to enhance rankings and performance to drive sales.

Data Analysis & Testing
Develop data-driven recommendations to fuel growth and improve profitability
Perform keyword discovery and competitor analysis to aid with paid search strategy
Track and analyze data efficiently using 3rd party tools and your own custom-designed spreadsheets (familiarity with data analysis formulas, shortcuts, and macros are a plus)
Develop and implement growth strategies based on data and consumer insight
Utilize A/B testing when applicable
Monitor changes in SEO using third-party tools
Pull and scrub reports from marketplaces, translate findings into insights and actionable growth tactics.
Run weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly sales and ads report

Reviews
Use appropriate Amazon follow-up tools to drive reviews and customer engagement.
Manage feedback through the feedback removal tool.

Issues
Monitor Amazon listings and correct problems as they arise to ensure all listings with inventory are active at all times
Create and manage cases with Amazon Support to resolve any other issues
Monitor and correct FBA inventory issues such as lost/damage inventory, missing inventory from Shipment/Reconciliation, unreconciled inventory balances, reimbursement for unreturned refunded orders.

Qualifications
3+ years’ of Amazon experience in-house for a consumer brand company or agency with extreme understanding of Amazon Seller Central
Self-starter and self-motivated who is excited to dive in and impact growth
Detail oriented, organized, strategic and analytical thinker
Fast-leaner, excellent communication (verbal & written), & multi-tasking skills
Must be able to work alone and collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Solid understanding of shipping and fulfillment requirements for e-commerce marketplaces

Requirements:
3 years experience with Amazon Marketplace/Seller Central/Vendor Central/Brand Registry.
Experience with Advertising Software and Helium 10.
Fluent in working with Seller Support/Brand Registry to diagnose and resolve a diverse range of issues.
Knowledgeable in Amazon’s policies and account health maintenance.
Knowledge of existing Amazon software and know-how to use them (ex. Jungle Scout, Helium 10, ads software, inventory software, tracking software, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions and work towards results.
Proven track record of delivering qualified search engine traffic.
Outstanding project management
