At Envision Horizons, we’re searching for a dedicated Account Coordinator to enhance our team. This Philippines based, remote role supports our clients’ Amazon accounts and assists the Account Management team with troubleshooting listings and updating the clients’ catalog.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update brand catalog on Amazon
Monitor brand health, account & listings status, and inventory performance
Troubleshoot listing and inventory issues
Initiate and manage cases related to product listings & inventory
Set up FBA shipments
Hours:
This is a full-time, hourly, position. Candidates must be willing to commit extra hours when necessary for important events or time-sensitive tasks.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience working within Amazon Seller Central and Brand Registry REQUIRED Minimum of one year experience of catalog management in Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central Thorough understanding of Amazon policies, requirements, and listing guidelines Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing Results oriented and self-motivated Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines High level of organization and attention to detail.
