Amazon Account Health Manager

Sevenshopper Inc. is a fast-growing eCommerce company located in Wilmington, Delaware, US and we would love for you to join our team! We are looking for a full-time Amazon Account Health Manager with at least 3 years of experience in Amazon Account management. His or her job responsibilities includes but not limited to:

Account Health Management
• Intellectual Property Violation
• Suspected IP Violation
• Authenticity Complaints
• Product Condition Complaints
• Product Safety Issues
• Listing Policy Violation
• Restricted Policy Violation

Listing Issues
• Suppressed Listings
• High/Low Pricing Error
• Hazmat Documentation
• Stranded Inventory
• Listing Recategorization
• Merge ASINs
• Create Listing Variations

Repricing
• Maximize buy box rate while maintaining the company’s profit requirements.
• Sales & profit monitoring and analysis

Customer & Orders
• Remove bad reviews.
• Order not received/refunds.
Listing Optimization, PPC & other Promotions (optional): listing creation, SEO and PPC is optional for this position, related experience is preferred but not required.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets:
• Bachelor’s degree course
• Fluent or native in English speaking.
• Have remote working experience for Amazon Sellers or Amazon Seller Service related companies minimum of 3 years in Amazon Account Health related area
• Strong analytical skills in Amazon listing’s sales and profit analysis.
• Familiar with repricing tools.
• Experience in dealing with all different kinds of amazon account health issues.
• Experience in managing Amazon accounts with at least 200 listings.
• Committed, high sense of responsibility, great communication.
• Preferred to have team management experience.

Employee Compensation
• Full-time, request 40 working hours per week; able to work on night shift (4PM – 1AM Philippine time)
• PTO + Sick leave
