SuperOrdinary is a growing company seeking an exceptional individual to join our Account Health team. As an Account Health Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our Amazon Account Health team and ensuring the success of our FBA & FBM product listings on Amazon. We are looking for an Amazon-savvy, dependable, and passionate individual who enjoys learning new skills and is committed to delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Execute routine product updates and launch new products, including content updates, product images, attributions, item data uploads, and category adjustments.
• Create new product listings on Amazon, adhering to the required guidelines and standards.
• Utilize Amazon Inventory flat files to efficiently make bulk listing updates across multiple listings and brands.
• Resolve account health policy violations to maintain a high level of account health.
• Excellent communication skills are essential to effectively articulate and describe issues to internal stakeholders and when opening support cases with Amazon’s Seller Support and SAS assistance.
• Work with the Account Health team to analyze Amazon’s product compliance requirements globally.
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries and messages, including weekends and some US holidays.
• Dispute negative feedback, monitor product reviews, and The Voice of the Customer dashboard.
• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create micro/macro pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Xlookup reports for the broader team.
• Monitor and resolve stranded and unsellable FBA inventory errors.
Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written English proficiency is essential.
• Detail-oriented individual with prior experience working in Seller Central US, CA & UK.
• Demonstrated experience resolving account health policy violations and maintaining account health.
• Proficiency in using Amazon Inventory flat files to make bulk listing updates.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze Amazon’s product compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to customer inquiries and messages effectively.
• Familiarity with catalog audits and SKU performance reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High-quality completion with excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to effectively support diverse projects in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Creative problem solver with strong understanding of Amazon’s Seller Central.
• Positive attitude, professional communication, and effortless collaboration
• Demonstrates initiative and self-motivation.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience using a software platform such as Asana, Plytix & Slack
Working Hours:
• Work Week: Wednesday – Sunday
• Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm PST
